• We have a 6-item minimum for customization because the setup process (design preparation, machine setup, and production) requires the same amount of time and resources whether we’re decorating 1 piece or 100. This minimum allows us to keep quality high and pricing fair for all of our customers.

• Best results: Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG, EPS).

• Acceptable: High-resolution raster (300 dpi PNG or JPG).

• Don’t worry if you don’t have this—we offer design cleanup, logo digitizing, and artwork creation services.

• Embroidery, DTF & Engraving: 7–10 business days after artwork approval. 

• Rush services may be available for a fee—just ask and we will try our best to accommodate.

• We carry a wide selection of t-shirts, polos, hats, hoodies, jackets, and promotional items.

• You can also bring in your own new, unused items for embroidery or printing (pending material approval).
